This is an easy craft for children of any age. You can get pinecones from craft stores as well as googly eyes and chenille sticks in white and brown for the wings and beak. Creative kids can use other materials for wings and beaks and even create other creatures. And all the kids will have fun shredding cotton balls and then gluing them inside the pinecones to make bodies.
