Work with an adult to make this delicious recipe together!
Ingredients:
With the help of an adult, chop each of the following:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 chili pepper
- ½ red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
Mix the following in a bowl:
- ½ tsp parsley
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Zest of small orange
- 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in the refrigerator until all ingredients are chilled and flavors are well combined.
Eat with tortilla chips or put on a sandwich!
