- Preheat your oven to 400°.
- Thaw the pastry according to the instructions on the packet and then lay pastry out on a floured surface.
- Mix egg white with about 2 teaspoons of water in a small bowl.
- Use your brush to cover one side of the pastry with the egg white/water mixture.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cut pastry into ½ inch wide strips and place on the cookie sheet.
- Hold down one end of a strip, pick up the other end and carefully twist it several times. Push both ends down onto the sheet.
- Put into your heated oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before eating!
